BAGHDAD, Iraq (April 23, 2008) – Gen. David Petraeus, commander, MNF-I, has been nominated to take command of U.S. Central Command.

He has definitely earned it. Also never let it be forgotten that the enemies he faced down and defeated were not just in Iraq.
