That's one of the more powerful - and rare - binaries, and there are others available as well.
It's obvious that relying on ANY government to "be right 100% of the time" is pointless...only the brain-fried left could still muster enough mental pixie dust and butterfly sneezes to believe that fairy tale.
Time to REMOVE weapon restrictions from passengers, then watch what happens to the next p.o.s. that tries that stunt.
