I am ex Aussie Army and whilst so employed got to ride on many choppers. But the best ride undoubtedly was on the Chinook. Forget about conversations though any communication without headsets was by hand signals only. Much to noisy, so noisy in fact that ear protection had to be worn. But a bloody good ride! Terry
