The Fight against Sharia
CAIR Leader vs. Christopher Hitchens and Dennis Prager
On Paula Zahn’s show tonight, discussing the Pace University Koran-dunking incident, Ibrahim Hooper simply could not let anyone else finish a sentence. Hitchens was clearly very irritated at the constant interruptions, but got off this excellent line: “Mr. Hooper, you have neither read nor understood the First Amendment.”

From JihadWatch:
Ibrahim Hooper, spokesman for the Council on American Islamic Relations, an unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas funding case, was on Paula Zahn's CNN show tonight with Dennis Prager and Christopher Hitchens.
Prager and Hitchens shredded Hooper, and it is all worth seeing, but Hooper went out of his way to defame me about 4:30 into this segment, and so I felt it incumbent upon me to answer. He quoted a genocidal comment that was made on this website yesterday, and made it appear as if I had written it.
(Prager would have none of it, and spoke highly of Jihad Watch, for which I thank him, although at the end of the segment, when Hooper attributed something else to me that I have never said, Prager disavowed it and responded, "I will" to Hooper's "Then tell Mr. Spencer that."

Hooper and others of his ilk probably understand the First Amendment perfectly well. They're simply having none of it.
Watch out. "Hate crimes" laws are mushrooming everywhere, never in defense of traditional, authentic religions of the West, always to the benefit of the violent, oppressive cult of Islam. The costs of defending against such a charge can ruin a man even if he's ultimately acquitted. A single secure preventative comes to mind:
The dead don't sue.
I think the lawyers helping them to sue - supporting sharia should be named and shamed.
