Look, I really appreciate your posting those comments about Israel but I wanted to point out that, if you really want to help Israel, you have to be careful with the "Israel needs your help" stuff. It just feeds into the antisemites raps about Jews-as- leeches-dragging-us-into-war or, as a British journalist I know put it, the Israel that "hoovers up all that money from the U.S." (Of course, "all that money" is turned right around and spent at the U.S.'s company store, aka Lockheed and Co., keeping our arms industry afloat...but that's another story.)
